Terms of Use
Last updated: 6 October 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the STASH website, wallet software and related services (together, the “Services”), provided by STASH (“STASH”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You may not use the Services if you are subject to sanctions or if using them would be unlawful where you live. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
2. The Services
STASH provides software that helps you view and manage digital assets, including NFTs, using a wallet that you control. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Some features may be released in stages and may not be available on all devices or networks.
3. Self-custody and your responsibilities
STASH is a self-custody product. You alone control your keys and are responsible for safeguarding your recovery phrase, private keys and password. We do not have access to them and cannot recover, reset, freeze or reverse anything on your behalf. If you lose them, you may permanently lose access to your assets. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your wallet.
4. No advice
Prices, floor values, profit and loss figures, risk labels and alerts are provided for information only and may be inaccurate or out of date. Nothing in the Services is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
5. Risks
Digital assets are volatile and can lose all of their value. Blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed; network fees apply and are paid to the network, not to STASH. Transaction previews, approval labels and warnings are designed to help but can miss things, so always verify addresses and amounts yourself. The software is new, has not been independently audited, and may contain errors. Use only amounts you are prepared to lose.
6. Third-party services
The Services rely on third parties, including blockchains, data and infrastructure providers, and marketplaces such as OpenSea. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, fees or actions. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.
7. Early access, programs and promotions
From time to time we may run early-access, community or promotional programs, including registration forms on our website. Submitting a form does not create any entitlement, allocation, priority or other right. Every submission is reviewed by a person, and we may accept, reject, limit or remove any entry in our discretion, including entries that are duplicate, false or abusive. Any priority, bonus or guaranteed treatment we offer, including for referrals, is provided at our sole discretion, may change or end at any time, and is not a promise. Information you submit must be accurate and must belong to you.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: break the law; interfere with, overload or attack the Services; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts; use automated means to submit forms or manipulate programs or referrals; or misrepresent your identity or your accounts.
9. Intellectual property
The STASH name, logo, website, software and content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose. Rights relating to any NFT collection we release will be set out in separate terms published with that release.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, STASH and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of funds, digital assets, data, profits or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such loss.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict your access to the Services or to any program if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or are putting the Services or other users at risk. Because the wallet is self-custodial, restricting access to our Services does not affect your control of your keys.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
